Claire has been a landlord since 2003, setting up Daisylets in 2007. When not working, Claire acts as a taxi service/bank/football supporter for her two sons who attend Forest Hill School! She is currently a champion of equality in all aspects of life, particularly Women in Business. She runs a group for Mums in business and founded the Think BIG project which provides inspiration to young women/girls. She is a ‘founder’ member of the Women’s Equality Party, co-chair of the Southwark Branch and stood for local election in 2017 in Goose Green. Claire is active on Twitter & Linked in.

Ed has had an extensive career, managing sales & lettings teams for several large agencies before becoming our Sales & Lettings Manager. He has been a landlord and property business owner himself. When not working eight days a week, he likes to spend time with his family or at the gym and is a keen fan of Cricket and Rugby. He also speaks two languages!

Nella is an experienced property professional and Landlord, having lived and worked in the Dulwich area for nearly 30 years.  Speaking four languages, she loves nothing more than a conversation in Italian or Spanish in the office when given the chance. When not working, Nella likes to travel with her family and stretch those language skills! Nella works Monday-Wednesday.

Natasha

Lettings & Sales Negotiator - ARLA Propertymark Level 3

Natasha is currently on maternity leave. Natasha joined us in 2016, bringing with her an ARLA qualification gained in 2016 and a long career in the industry, Natasha is an asset to our little Lordship Lane team organising and conducting viewings and negotiating tenancies and Sales. When not working she likes to spend time with loved ones, take holidays and explore different countries and has a love for music!

Justin

Lettings & sales Negotiator

Justin first met us at Daisy a few years back as a landlord and didn’t manage to escape our clutches! A graphic designer and brilliant illustrator (check out his Dulwich College prints) Justin spends some of his Saturdays and days/evenings off with us. You’ll meet him out and about in the pink Daisy car as well as in the office when needed. In his real spare time Justin is a keen tennis player locally in Dulwich.

Clare H

Lettings & Sales Negotiator

The mysterious Ms H is our part time blonde bombshell on the front desk, she is often on the end of our phone lines organising appointments and can be seen zipping around on viewings in the pink Daisy car. Clare is a local mother of three lively boys and loves to run (not just away from her boys!), completing the odd 5k here and there. With a background in PR and having run her own business too, she is the brains behind our annual Xmas window display and charity Dolls House raffle.

Senior Property Manager - ARLA Propertymark

Cheyenne joined us full time in 2014 as a property manager having prior experience with other agencies and hasn’t looked back. Now our senior PM she brings her efficiency and calm manner to the role and is a member of ARLA|Propertymark having gained the Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Property Management Practise needed. Cheyenne is responsible for arranging all the maintenance and conducting inspections relating to her property portfolio and managing the ongoing landlord and tenant relationships. When not working Cheyenne likes to spend time with her friends and family.

Maxine joined us full time in 2015, having worked for larger agencies for many years previously as a property manager. Maxine is responsible for arranging all the maintenance and conducting inspections relating to her property portfolio and managing the ongoing landlord and tenant relationships. When not getting into work at the crack of dawn, Maxine enjoys spending time with her two grandkids and escaping the world on her Kindle!

Tanya joined us full time in 2016 and is settling in nicely having been responsible for client accounts in her last role. She brings over 6 years financial experience to our little Forest Hill team. Tanya has been a keen cake baker and decorator so of course test batches of cake are readily available for the team all year round! When not working Tanya is busy looking after her 2 rescue rottweiler crosses who like to participate in various charity walks together!!

Director

Having had a passion for property from a very young age, Liz invested in her first property at the age of twenty.  A landlord just a couple of years later, she went on to let and manage her own properties and took on the management of her extended family's property portfolio.  With many years first hand experience both as landlord and agent, she set up Daisylets Maidstone from her home town of Maidstone in 2011.  Prior to this Liz, spent 17 years in a front-facing customer service role in London.  In her rare moments of spare time, Liz enjoys spending time with her family, horses and Daisy dog ‘Mabel’!

Lettings Negotiator/Property Manager

Nicola started her lettings career in 2008, and has over 10 years experience and a wealth of knowledge within the lettings industry throughout Kent. She currently works along side Liz at the Daisy Lets & Sales team in Kent, and oversees their very busy and vibrant lettings and property management department. In her spare time Nicola thoroughly enjoys walks in the countryside and catching up with friends. A local herself, she can vouch how beautiful Kent is as a place to live, socialise and work.

Shelley

Lettings Negotiator/Property Manager

Shelley’s office background includes having worked in sales, marketing and call handling but centres predominantly around administration. Having initially joined the Daisylets team in June 2015 as an administrator, Shelley took on a more significant role a few months later and is now involved in all aspects of the lettings process. Shelley is an avid reader, and despite having achieved a Distinction in English at Masters level, she still struggles to spell the word necessary without the aid of spellcheck!

Head of Maintenance

David heads up the Daisylets Maintenance team and with almost 30 years experience covering all aspects of building, carpentry and property refurbishment he has a vast professional knowledge of all property requirements large and small.  David can be relied upon to take care of all maintenance requirements from a quick fix solution for an awkward dripping tap to project management of 'ground up' full scale building projects, with customer satisfaction always at the top of his list.

Georgia started with the customer service team as an apprentice at the start of 2016 and is undertaking her Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration. Georgia has a variety of customer services experience, and spent a year travelling before embarking on her career path. She has a significant travel bug and has been all over the world!
