Justin

Justin first met Daisy a few years back as a landlord and didn’t manage to escape our clutches! A graphic designer and brilliant illustrator (check out his Dulwich College prints) Justin spends his days ‘off’ part time at Daisy, you’ll meet him out and about in the pink Daisy car as well as in the office. In his real spare time Justin is a keen tennis player locally in Dulwich.

Alice

Lettings Negotiator/Administrator

Alice is the longest serving member of our team, having been with us off and on since 2009. She is currently studying for a qualification in nutrition and is working part time in that industry, having left our clutches! She hopes to set up her own practice one day and we wish her every success! Alice is fond of skiing in France, where she can speak the lingo, and is partial to a round of golf. She can often be found out and about with her grown up sons in all weathers, getting competitive or walking her lovely dog Archie on Peckham Rye.

Clare H

Lettings Negotiator

The mysterious Ms H is our part time blonde bombshell on the front desk, she is often on the end of our phone lines organising appointments and can be seen zipping around on viewings in the pink Daisy car. Clare is a local mother of three lively boys and loves to run (not just away from her boys!), completing the odd 5k here and there. With a background in PR and having run her own business too, she is the brains behind our annual Xmas window display and charity Dolls House raffle.

Cheyenne joined us full time in 2014 as a property manager having prior experience with other agencies and hasn’t looked back. Now our senior PM she brings her efficiency and calm manner to the role and is a member of ARLA|Propertymark having gained the Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Property Management Practise needed. When not working Cheyenne likes to spend time with her friends and family.

Tanya joined us full time in 2016 and is settling in nicely having been responsible for client accounts in her last role. She brings over 6 years financial experience to our little Forest Hill team. Tanya has been a keen cake baker and decorator so of course test batches of cake are readily available for the team all year round! When not working Tanya is busy looking after her 2 rescue rottweiler crosses who like to participate in various charity walks together!!

Claire E (NFoPP Level 3)

Managing Director / Proprietor

Claire has been a landlord since 2003 eventually setting up Daisylets in 2007. When not working, Claire now acts as a taxi service for her two sons and is a keen supporter at their football matches. A former graphic designer, keen environmentalist and sporty type (black belt and grass skier) she is currently a champion of equality in all aspects of life, particularly Women in Business. She runs a group for Mums in business and founded the Think BIG project which provides inspiration to young women/girls. She is a ‘founder’ member of the Women’s Equality Party and can be found door knocking locally when the need arises! Claire is active on Twitter & Linked in.

Liz

Owner / Director

Having had a passion for property from a very young age, Liz invested in her first property at the age of twenty.  A landlord just a couple of years later, she went on to let and manage her own properties and took on the management of her extended family's property portfolio.  With many years first hand experience both as landlord and agent, she set up Daisylets from her home town of Maidstone in 2011.  Prior to this Liz, spent 17 years in a front-facing customer service role in London.  In her rare moments of spare time, Liz enjoys spending time with her family, horses and Daisylets dog ‘Mabel’!

Shelley

Lettings Negotiator/Property Manager

Shelley’s office background includes having worked in sales, marketing and call handling but centres predominantly around administration. Having initially joined the Daisylets team in June 2015 as an administrator, Shelley took on a more significant role a few months later and is now involved in all aspects of the lettings process. Shelley is an avid reader, and despite having achieved a Distinction in English at Masters level, she still struggles to spell the word necessary without the aid of spellcheck!

Kerry qualified as a Chartered Tax Advisor in 1999.  She previously worked with one of the 'big four’ accountancy firms before taking a career break and moving to Kent to look after her young and growing family. Kerry enjoys working in a customer focused environment, dealing with interesting people every day. Kerry also teaches Kung Fu at instructor level(!) and is a black belt in other martial arts!

Administrator

After working in the city as a PA in the banking sector, Helen then moved to mortgage underwriting, specialising in further advances of large loans. After taking a career break after the arrival of your youngest daughter, Helen spent the next few years helping her husband build up his business and joined the Daisylets team in August 2016. Helen is a keen photographer and enjoys nothing more than walking in the Kentish countryside with her Jack Russell and camera in hand.

Head of Maintenance

David heads up the Daisylets Maintenance team and with almost 30 years experience covering all aspects of building, carpentry and property refurbishment he has a vast professional knowledge of all property requirements large and small.  David can be relied upon to take care of all maintenance requirements from a quick fix solution for an awkward dripping tap to project management of 'ground up' full scale building projects, with customer satisfaction always at the top of his list.

Jo has over 14 years experience in customer service and 5 years experience in property sales and lettings specifically. She graduated in 2013 following completion of her level 5 diploma in adult education and training and supports her team with on going training and continual professional development. Lyn has over 30 years experience in a variety of customer service roles, including working as a legal secretary for 23 years dealing with conveyancing. She has been in our customer service team since 2010. Outside of work she spends time with her step daughter and two granddaughters.

Georgia started with the customer service team as an apprentice at the start of 2016 and is undertaking her Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration. Georgia has a variety of customer services experience, and spent a year travelling before embarking on her career path. She has a significant travel bug and has been all over the world!
