Ed has had an extensive career, managing sales & lettings teams for several large agencies before becoming our Sales & Lettings Branch Manager. He has been a landlord and property business owner himself. When not working eight days a week, he likes to spend time with his family or at the gym and is a keen fan of Cricket and Rugby. He also speaks two languages!
Already a professional landlord, I setup my first agency, Northwood, in 2010. Since then I expanded with Northwood Bromley and Northwood West Norwood. Having watched Daisy grow over the years, I was impressed with the quality of the team and strong professional ethos of the company. I took over Daisy Lets & Sales in June 2019 when the former owner, Clare Empson, decided to move to other interests. Since then Daisy has continued to expand quickly as I have brought in the expert back office systems and knowledge of the Northwood group, while maintaining the local independent character of the company and its team. I have lived in the Dulwich area since 2002, raising three children in the local schools and clubs, and appreciate all the local area has to offer.
Collette joined Daisy Lets & Sales in February 2020. Collette has 15 years of experience in Residential Property Management, all in the South London and Bromley area. Her knowledge of the area, and many contacts in the supportive trades, allows her to support her landlords’ and tenants’ needs with exceptional professionalism. As a qualified ARLA professional, Collette is an expert at making sure all works are compliant with industry standards.
Nella is an experienced property professional and Landlord, having lived and worked in the Dulwich area for nearly 30 years. Speaking four languages, she loves nothing more than a conversation in Italian or Spanish in the office when given the chance. When not working, Nella likes to travel with her family and stretch those language skills! Nella works Monday-Wednesday.
Maxine joined us full time in 2015, having worked for larger agencies for many years previously as a property manager. Maxine is responsible for arranging all the maintenance and conducting inspections relating to her property portfolio and managing the ongoing landlord and tenant relationships. When not getting into work at the crack of dawn, Maxine enjoys spending time with her two grandkids and escaping the world on her Kindle!
I started working in the Lettings and Estate Industry on a part time basis in 2014. Over the years I have helped in everything from office administration, tenant progression and lettings negotiation. As the accounts manager, this background in all aspects of the business help me to make sure client money is handled correctly and that clients get paid in a timely manner. I was born and raised in the Dulwich area and truly love all that the area has to offer.
Clare has worked with the company from the early days and has enjoyed being part of the team that has seen its development and success. Prior to Daisylets, a 25- year career in PR and Marketing have undoubtedly helped hone her skills as a successful negotiator. Often at the front desk, she is kept busy organising appointments and trying to accommodate the demands of a packed diary!
